The hotel is clean and a big hotel. The bedroom had 1 double bed and a big single bed. The room had two chairs and a cubed shape stool. There is one single wardrobe with enough coat hangers. There is a dressing table with a mirror above it. It was the right size for 3 people. The bathroom had a corner shower big enough for two persons, a toilet and a sink. The mirror was above the sink. There is a towel radiator in the bathroom and a normal radiator in the bedroom. Both of there get very hot. The room is warm and cosy. There was a bath towel and hand towel for each of us. There are hair dryers in the room. A small kettle with 3 cups and saucers. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, UHT semi-skimmed milk and sugar, and only 1 teaspoon. There are two lifts to all the floors. In some areas there are slopes, instead of stairs, ideal if you have any walking aids or wheelchairs. We stayed for bed and breakfast. You can double up on the breakfast for £3.50. There are cereals, grapefruit, prunes, fresh fruit and an excellent choice of fruit juices. My only dis-satisfaction was there was no soya milk. There were gluten free cereals available. The breakfast was fantastic. The chef, achieved perfect poached eggs at every breakfast service. There is the added option to purchase a 3 course evening meal but we decided to get a out and about in the evening. There was an issue and we dis ussed it with the manager and we were listened to and they took instant action! A positive result, which did not impact on our overall opinion that this is a wonderful place to stay! There is bingo and nightly entertainment in the main room or you can have a quiet drink in the bar. This serves hot drinks too, crisps and other snacks. There are display cabinets in the foyer near reception of which you can buy handbags, purses, broaches, watches, candle holders, sterling silver earrings and other items. The prices are decent too. The tram is easy to catch and runs every 10 minutes. Tickets are cheaper on the Blackpool Tram and Bus App. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. Yes we would stay again! Tess. Stayed here many times and always have a pleasant experience. This is one of the nicer Blackpool hotels as in it is very clean. The rooms are clean and tidy with plenty of amenities like tea, coffee, milk. The rooms temperature is just right and you can adjust the radiator and open the window if needed. I would say the rooms are bigger than an average hotel. The only downside to this hotel was the breakfast. It took ages to be seated and served. Food in the bar wasn’t up to much and was quite expensive.

I was very pleased with the hotel nice food room was very nice. Just wasn't to keen on stairs to me room after using lift so far. They need to say there a accessible entrance if you don't come by car since it's steep stairs to front entrance. Staff were excellent and entertainment was very good enjoy my stay very much. Thank you to all staff

Stayed for one night in September, booked a single room but was upgraded free of charge to a double room. Wasn’t a newly refurbished room but was very clean and cosy. Payed for breakfast on arrival which was brilliant quality, waiter service. Great value for money and staff lovely and helpful, will definitely stay here multiple times again. Didn’t have to pay to park at the front on my stay.

We stayed here last weekend for our 5th anniversary weekend. And to see the illuminations We were recomeded the hotel through some coach driver colleagues of mine from previous tours they have done. From first arrival we were happy and made very welcome. We opted for a sea view room which sadly was dated but clean and did what it was required to do. The mattresses on the beds definitely could be better There is onsite parking but you are required to leave car key with reception when not using the car. For fire safety. And they charge an extra parking fee per 24hrs ontop of accommodation We had dinner in the bar area and throughly enjoyed it. We did have issues with hot water supply on the 3rd floor. And they tried everything they could to rectify this to no avail. They sorted us out via free breakfast for both days. Because they were fully booked and couldn't swap our rooms we were happy with that. The live entertainment each night was brilliant and the bingo, bar prices are reasonable and its nice to be able to say in the hotel and not have to worry about taxis The breakfast service is brilliant. Lovely experienced lady was brilliant and efficient she remembered us each day. too. We would definitely stay here again thank you for the hospitality and amazing christmas tree
